Yeay! One year older, one year better. Alhamdulillah.
That’s the most important thing that I should say.

2 cakes this year and one is made beautifully by a dear friend is just perfect.

I am beyond happy even more than weeks now.
This one is our current fav at home. Homemade Granola. We are having it for breakfast, mid day, afternoon snacks with smoothies or almond milk. Love love love the flavor.
High protein too!
Recipe as follow :
Dry ingredients :
1/2 cup raw almond (chopped)
1/2 cup cashew
1/2 cup sunflower seed
1/2 cup walnut
1/2 cup other nut or you can add more almond
2 cups rolled oat
A Pinch salt
A cup of raisin
Wet ingredients :
– 2 tbs maple syrup
– 2 tbs honey
– 2 tbs coconut oil
First mix all dry ingredients (put aside raisin) and incorporate the wet one. Stir well and bake at 300’F or 150’C on top of baking paper for 30 min.
Turn occacionally.
Add raisin/dried berries.
Voila.
You have homemade Granola!
Keep on air thight container for 2 weeks (it will be finished sooner)
