Food and food

Hello,
Past few days I’ve ben trying to go back on track, eating healthy (yet yummy) food.
Some other days, i can not resist the temptation of mud muffin, pizza (OH NO), laksa and many more.

Well well well, suddenly my body scream!
Yes it is screaming like “what did you do??control your food girl!”
Well, they actually scream through :
– am having constipation and uncomfortable feeling in my tummy
– suddenly allergic and itchy on my leg (could not stop scratching them huhu)
– PIMPLES – sigh – please go away.

With covering my eyes, I am making comeback to healthy food.

Bye bye yummy but unhealthy food, hello yummy and healthy food.
Please stand by me and be my best friend.

Haze oh Haze

Haze is back to our city. Some says it is coming from local area. Some forest or palm oil area was accidentally burning and caused this haze.
But i also notice that in Pekanbaru Riau, Indonesia, the haze is worse. They could not go out at all and almost 41.000 people get sick because of the terrible haze.

Spending the last few days surrounded by haze in here is nothing compare to Pekan Baru situation.

I really hope the situation there will get better. Those people especially children deserve clean air.

One thing that i could not understand, it keeps on happening every year.
Sigh.

Pray for Riau and their situation.
Protect the children and give them clear air.

Love Crochet

I always have on and off relationship with my yarn. Most of the time i would say, well i haven’t got any idea for my next project (read : item to made) or the house is in a mess, so i don’t have time to create something yet (the fact that most of the time my house is messy, thanks to little mr who expand his play area to… Practically everywhere – but he/his father will clean it up in the end)

Looking at my old collection usually work to bring back my mood.
So without further a due, i’m proudly present one of neckpiece, a chunky knitted neckwarmer. It can be worn as shawl, or cape.
